Wanted: Perfect tennants despertley seeking home rental in New Waterford, Nova Scotia

I am looking to rent a small 2-3 bedroom, pet friendly home in the New Waterford or Sydney area. Would prefer New Waterford but would be happy in Sydney as well.
I am willing to pay up to $650 a month with utilities but would prefer all inclusive.
I do have a medium sized dog, and a indoor cat, both which are house trained, and fixed. I am willing to pay a extra damage deposit to allow for my animals.
I am looking for a clean, quiet place for my family and I, we have a one year old daughter. I am hoping for a long term rental, or rent to own. I don't smoke, drink or party. I am a quiet, mature and responsible adult and mother.
