PlayStation with games in New Waterford, Nova Scotia

I have for sale a PlayStation console with a small bundle of accessories.
The system appears to work fine, other than the door compartment sometimes takes one or two tries to catch and close. Comes from a smoke-free home. Included in the accessories are:
- two wired controllers (original gray and a red one)
- all the A/V cables to make the connection to your TV
Also included are 6 games (all include full manuals):
- NHL 98
- Family Feud
- Parasite Eve
- Alone in the Dark (two disc game)
- Resident Evil 2 (two disc game)
- Resident Evil 3: Nemesis
The reason I am selling this is because I upgraded to an XBOX 360 and don't need both systems.
